Do you think it's Okay if a waitress has her nails painted?

I used to have a french manicure but not any more and I paint them every so often but i always make sure that they aren't chipped (work place health and safety i suppose) and i usually paint them a colour that isn't too 'out there'.


Nobody at work has really said anything, so do you think it's okay?

My mother is a waitress and so are a few of my aunts.. They always have their nails painted. Heck, sometimes they even do it in Neon colours. It's totally fine. I don't know about you, but I leave the waitress a bigger tip if she has nice nails, hair, and looks decent. Shallow?

I used to waitress too and they wouldn't allow it. But as long as they are kept looking nice then I don't understand what the big deal is! It wouldn't bother me as a customer!
How could this NOT be ok?? It's fine. If you're talking about the cook or something it could probably be an issue to some people(again not to me..)
I don't usually even notice, but as long as it's not chipped off on her nails or in my food it's okay.

Err.. I think it's OK but it might get into the food..
If the food is really bad a chunk or two of Nail might make it better.
