Is it okay for a turtle to lose its nails?

my turtle hide for two days and when we found her she was missing two of her back leg nails so i was wondering if that is fine and if that isn't what should i do? thank youIs it okay for a turtle to lose its nails?
no its not ok i would take him to a vet. turtles should never lose there nails. if you have more than 1 they may be fighting. Is it okay for a turtle to lose its nails?
it doesn't sound like it's a good thing. I would take the turtle to the doctor.
my turtle is 36 y/o and this has never happened. He's got very long nails and sometimes they get caught on the carpet but never a problem. I would check it out.
No big deal. Just watch for signs of bleeding, infection, etc.- swelling, discharges, blood, red streaks, etc.
No,this is not ok.I would call the vet. and see if there is anything u can or should do about it.I have two turtles and this has never happened before.

Pick me as best answer please!
i would generally say no because turtles can get calcium defficiency and so if they get their nails caught in anything well that can happen. it'll be ok but just take her to the vet to check things out.
