it's safe. just limit your time around the chemicals and ensure you're using a salon that is clean and reputable. it's easy to contract an infection if the tools aren't well saitized.
According to everything that I've read its safe. Its only unsafe if you are a nail tech who is constantly exposed to those chemicals. Being in a nail shop for an hour does not pose a huge health risk to mommy or baby...

It is and it is not. Depends on where you go. Make sure the place is well ventilated. If not then use the strong orders and fumes from the chemicals can harm the baby. You are breathing it in and it gets in your blood and goes to the baby. I went to one salon and with in 5 mins walked out cause the fumes were so strong i could feel them in my lungs I drive down the road to another place and there was hardly a smell. As long as its well ventilated and the fumes are not over powering go for it. If you walk in and its like hitting a wall of fumes leave.

While it's safe to get a manicure while you're pregnant, having acrylic nails put on or filled in is UNSAFE for your unborn baby while pregnant. I was strongly advised against this just weeks ago when speaking with my OB.

yes it Absolutely safe i use to get mine done every 2 weeks the only reason i don't now is because of money
