I got acrylic nails for the first time and it's really uncomfortable?

i have trouble typing right now, picking things up, dialing the phone.. ect.





they also hurt when i put pressure on them.





it's really annoying and they hurt.


they look so cute though.





should i take them off or will i get used to it?


i'm going on vacation in a day, and if they are going to be annoying i just wanna take them off.

Well since this is your first time they might take a while to get use to. But after the initial shock u will be typing and doing everyday task with no question. Be careful though because fresh nails are easy to Break and if u think pressure hurts now, wait until u Break one. OMG! So do be careful.





They should loosen up in a couple days or so. I would give it a week before soaking them off if u can't take it anymore. It will be much easier the next time around ...if there is one. You will get used to them.





If you are having that much pain with them, then I feel it's safe to assume that you went to a budget nail salon and they used an electric file in an incorrect manner. It should never hurt to get your nails done. If you choose to remove them, then go to a reputable salon and have them soaked off with acetone. If you allow someone to pry them off then you will damage your nails more than what they already are.





If you choose to keep them on, then find a better place to have them done.
They are unfortunately uncomfortable for the first day or two. But they are so pretty and girly, I would put up with them and leave them on for vacation. Maybe use a nail file and make them a little shorter if you feel like they are too long. But since you spent money on them, keep them on!
it hurts because they form your nail it ways they are not use to!!

when you take them off have the salon take them off or they will be really thin and it sucks!!!





i personally hate acrylic nails!!!





you can grow yours out and make them nice too!!!





but now that you've tryed it once you'll know what you prefer!!
if they bother you that much take them off.


you can always try a different type of acrylic nail if you like them so much, maybe theyll be more comfortable to you
They can be uncomfortable for a few days.


Ask how to get them shorter if they bother you.
