yes of course, that is just something they have to put. just don't take them as often as it says if you are worried about it
edit: they are vitamins! its not a medication?.......why would you compare it to anti depressants lol. vitamins do the same thing for everyone!!!!

No, there is a reason that they say 18 and older. Kinda the same way that people under 18 are given different prescriptions for depression than adults. What works for people under 18 does the opposite for adults. Not that 18 is a magic age, but you get the point.
