its sebum, and i think it also indicates that there is excess oil and dirt on your face. it will develop into whiteheads/blackheads if nothing is being done to it!

It is called sebum, it is the skins naural oil that you need to stop you from turning into a prune like thing. We all have it and it keeps you looking young!
haha its just clogged pores, use nose pore stips to reduce it.
