If you did it just today I would wait a day, but if you did it a while ago then go to the dr. It could be that you broke something in your foot... however I have had a pain similar to what you describe from running on cement.If your heel hurts when you walk on it and it feels like nails are in it, what should i do?
What i would do would be...
1. Put moisturizer/pain cream
2.Wrap your foot from your ankle to the middle of your foot
3.Massage your foot..(no pain,no gain)
